I’ve been in the trenches, and I know exactly how tired you are.
My first son slept through the night from a young age- I thought I had cracked a secret code to parenting. Then one night it all changed and he started waking up 5 to 6 times a night. I thought it was just a phase, a leap, or teething, but I didn't know what to do. I felt myself slipping into a state of delirium as I tried to stay focused at my teaching job, take care of the house, and be present for my son and husband, but I was failing. That's when I started searching for answers. I now lay the boys down at 7pm, they share a room, and they do not come out until 7am- IT IS POSSIBLE to make positive changes to your sleep routine (or lack thereof!).
I am confident we can teach your child to do the same. Sleep is just as important for our little ones as the love and nourishment we give them. If you are waiting for the next leap, next milestone, or next year...do not keep waiting to make a change, I can help you right now.
